In order to complete your registration with Campbell Little League (CLL), you will need to attend one of the "in person" Residency Verification days at the CLL Clubhouse (corner of Hamilton & Millich).  Residency Verification days are currently scheduled for: 

Wednesday, November 28th - 5:30pm to 7:30pm

Tuesday, December 11th - 5:30pm to 7:30pm 

Monday, January 7th - 5:30pm to 8:30pm 

Wednesday, January 16th - 5:30pm to 7:30pm 

You must complete Residency Verification in order to participate this season.  

Please bring with you the following documents as required by Little League Baseball: 

- BIRTH CERTIFICATE (Original or copy will suffice) or PASSPORT 

- RESIDENCY ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS

- MEDICAL RELEASE FORM

If your former home or school address was in CLL boundaries and you have moved but kept playing at CLL, you may be eligible to continue playing at CLL.  Please see Regulation II(d) Waiver that must be submitted and signed by the league president

If you would like to play ball at CLL and you do not live in the boundaries but your child attends a school in Campbell, you can complete a School Waiver form that would need to be signed by your child's principal. Schools within CLL boundaries are:
