This year, evaluations will be held on Sunday, January 21 and Saturday, January 27. Please mark your calendars now and plan on attending ONE of these events. If we are unable to proceed due to rain, we will communicate a secondary plan.
All players league-age 7 and older must attend ONE evaluation day. Please encourage your players not to stress over these! Nobody is being graded or judged, this is simply an opportunity for the coaches to observe and evaluate players to ensure we have strongly competitive and evenly matched teams this spring.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your child’s scheduled evaluation time for check in/warm up.
- 8:30am: League age 12
- 9:30am: League age 11
- 10:30am: League age 10
- 11:30am: League age 9
- 12:30pm: League age 8
- 1:30pm: League age 7 (and league age 6 players attempting to play in farm)
Rain Plan
We are planning to have the evaluations as scheduled this Sunday, January 21. Please plan to attend. If, on the morning of January 21st, we are unable to safely hold evaluations due to rain, we will send an email letting you know it has been canceled, and at that point you should attend the second evaluation day on January 27. AS OF NOW, JANUARY 21st IS HAPPENING.
Gear Check!
Players can outgrow (or misplace) equipment season to season. Please have your player do a gear check prior to evaluation day.
Each player should bring their own:
- Batting Helmet
- Fielding Glove
- Bat (USA Approved)
- Cleats
