In compliance with Little League® International, players are eligible to play with Campbell Little League only if they reside in, or attend classes at a school within, Campbell Little League boundaries.

There are 3 ways to to confirm player eligibility:
1. School Waiver: Players that attend a school in Campbell may complete a School Enrollment Form and have it signed by the school administrator. Schools within CLL boundaries are: Campbell Christian, Campbell School of Innovation, Capri Elementary, Casa De Mir, Castlemont, Rosemary, Saint Lucy's, San Jose Christian, Springbridge International, Village School.
2. Residency Verification: Residency verification requires 3 documents, all of which are dated between February 2023 to February 2024. Documents must include a parent(s) or court-appointed guardian(s) name, street address, city, state, and zip code information. ONE or more documents from EACH of the three groups outlined below is required:
- Group 1: Driver’s License, School Records, Vehicle Records (i.e., Registration Records, Lease, etc.), Employment Records, Insurance Documents
- Group 2: Welfare/Child Care Records, Federal Records (Federal Tax, Social Security, etc.), State Records, Local (Municipal) Records, Support Payment Records, Homeowner or Tenant Records, Military Records
- Group 3: Voter’s Registration, Utility Bills (i.e., Gas, Electric, Water/Sewer, Phone, Heating, Waste Disposal), Financial Records, Medical Records, Internet, Cable, or Satellite Records

3. Little League Waiver: If you do not satisfy the school or residency requirement, you must complete this form: Little League Waivers for Registration: Out of Boundary, Player Transfer Requests.
