Please review below prior to starting registration process:

Step 1. Determine if your player's school or home address is within with Campbell Little League boundaries. Check on the Little League FIND MY LEAGUE page. If your player is outside of Campbell Little League boundaries, a waiver must be in place. 

Step 2. Determine which method you will use to confirm player's eligibility; there are TWO methods for verifying eligibility.

1. School Enrollment Form (This method is STRONGLY preferred, please use this form if your school is in CLL boundaries)

•  The school enrollment form requires the signature of the player's school administration.  If your player attends a school within the CLL boundaries, this is the easiest verification method because it only requires one document.

2. Residency Verification:

• Residency verification requires three documents, and they must be dated between February 2022 and February 2023.
• The documents must contain:
  • parent(s) or court-appointed guardian name
  • street address, city, state, and zip code
  • you must bring ONE or more documents from EACH of the three groups outlined in the Little League Residency Checklist to fulfill this requirement.

• All new players must upload their birth certificate or passport as part of the verification process.  If a player's birth certificate has already been uploaded and verified, this is not necessary.
• You do not need to upload verification forms to complete the registration process, but your player will NOT be placed on a team until verification is complete.

 Step 3. Select Your Player's Division of Play: Campbell Little League offers five divisions of play: 

• Tee Ball Division (League age 4-5 year olds)  
• Rookie Division (League age 5-6 year olds) 
• Farm Division (League age 7-8 year olds)
• Minors Division (League age 9-10 year olds) 
• Majors Division (League age 11-12 year olds) 
• Challenger Division - Little League's baseball adaptive program for players with physical or intellectual challenges. Please email Campbell Little League District Coordinator for more information at [email protected].
  

Step 4. Review Participation Waivers

• Campbell Little League Parent Code of Conduct: Campbell Little League has implemented the following Sport Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct for the important message it holds about the proper role of parents/guardian in supporting their child in sports. Parents/Guardians should read, understand and agree prior to their children participating in our league.
• Participation Terms and Conditions: Approval for player to participate, acknowledgement of potential injury, acknowledgement verification documentation is needed, acknowledgement skill evaluations may be needed. 
• Medical Release Form: Provides player's guardian contact information, physician information, allergies/medical. Team manager will have at all games. 
• CDC Youth Sports Concussion Information: Fact sheet for parents with information to help protect athletes from concussion or other serious brain injury. 
• Media Release Form (optional)
  Gives permission to Campbell Little League to use photographs, voice recordings, or video taken during the games and events to help promote the league.

Step 5: Review Volunteer Requirements and Options for Fulfillment

• Each family is required to accrue 10 volunteer points/hours total during the season AND 2 snack shack shifts per player.
• You will be billed $50 per uncompleted point/hour at the end of the season (plus $50 per uncompleted snack shack shift).
• A $500 buyout option is available at the time of registration, which fulfills your family's 10 volunteer points/hours (you still must work your snack shack shifts!)  However, CLL highly encourages you to donate your time, as your participation demonstrates your commitment to the players and the community.

 Step 6: Time to Sign up! 

• Spring 2023 Registration is now closed.  2023 Fall Ball Registration will open on July 1.
